BOSCH Universal Stainless Steel Bowl- Old Style ER1

Back by popular demand, the Bosch Universal Old Style Stainless bowl with the upside dough hook can make up to 7 whole wheat loaves of bread (2 lb.) or 11 loaves of white (1 lb).  Since the middle post is not there and the hooks comes up from the bottom this beautiful bowl can hold up to 7 qts.   The dough hook is solid steel and has removable drive in the bottom of the bowl for easy cleaning.  The dough hook is not interchangeable with the plastic bowl.  This bowl cannot be used with the whips.  Can be used on all models of Bosch Universal Machines--MUM3, MUM6, MUM6N.
