I finally got around to using my new NutriMill Artiste mixer and all I can say is WOW WOW WOW! It is absolutely fabulous, and exceeded how I figured I would like it. 
I made a batch of peanut butter-oatmeal-chocolate chip cookies. Reading the instructions that came with the mixer, I was a little confused to what beaters to use, so stuck with the dough hook. From beating the butter through to adding in the oatmeal and chocolate chips, I was so impressed with how efficiently the dough hook worked. 
Washing it was a breeze too! 
My old mixer is the Kitchenaid PRO 600 watt, and it is so heavy and hard to add in ingredients. Not so with the Artiste, even with the lid off, contents did not fly out, and it's so much easier to add things while beating. It's also so much lighter.

I've had this machine for just over a year now, and absolutely love it! I bake rye breads in it at least once a week . It can actually handle 2 big loaves of Bauern bread quite easily. All I need is the cookie hooks to make it even more wonderful! Love, love it!  - Hannah Bolk

I received an Artiste Stand Mixer last year. I absolutely love it. I make two loaves of bread with it every week. I recently had a small problem with it and contacted Healthy Kitchens about it.
