The unique 5 layer design includes a magnetic stainless steel base, 3 layers of allow and pure aluminum, Prestige grade stainless steel. After that Swiss Diamond adds a plasma layer and 3 layers of PFOA-free XD diamond nonstick coating.  The nonstick surface is great for cooking eggs, bacon or pancakes, or anything where quick and easy release is desired.  Great for 2 to 4 people.
