10 llbs of dough or whip up a quart of whipping cream or mix as small as one pizza dough or whip 1 egg white. The uniquely designed dough hook of the Artiste mimics hand kneading for great gluten development and the wire whips with a metal drive are great for light mixing, whipping cream, or beating egg whites to a peak. This makes it great for any Artisian type breads but also for the lightest souffles!

Not only is it efficient, the Artiste Mixer is made well with It's high efficiency, 650-watt bottom-drive motor and stainless steel drive shaft so it will last you a lifetime! We especially like the large rim around the top edge of the bowl which allows you to easily use one hand to hold the bowl will transferring your recipe into baking pans. We also like the large sliding bowl cover which allows a large opening for additional ingredients to be added without a over-head arm to get in the way. The suction cups on the bottom insure stability and the cord storage will keep excess cords out of your way. Best of all it takes up very little space on your counter or in your cupboard measuring only 12" x 12"' and it is very affordable!
The Artiste will handle all your baking needs. The compact design of the Artiste Kitchen Mixer comes in three attractive colour trims to match your kitchen decor- Black, Silver and Red.
