The 12 cup capacity bowl with 3 discs: Slicing disc (Reversible for thick or thin) cuts perfectly uniform apples for apple pie or potatoes for scalloped potatoes. Shredding disc (reversible coarse or fine) shreds cheese, carrots, or zucchini, etc. French fry disc makes veggie fries from potatoes, sweet potatoes, or zucchini. EasyThis L'Chef Meat Grinder is easy to assemble, attach and clean, it comes with a 4mm and 8mm disc, sausage stuffer a filler tray and pusher. 13. Stainless Steel Bowl

 This set is our most popular add on for the Bosch mixers.  Designed for medium to thick batters and cookie dough. For stiff cookie dough or when adding multiple heavy ingredients such as fruit, nuts, and candy, switch to the dough hook after creaming the butter. For very large batches of cookies (15 dozen), switch to the dough hook before adding flour. Must be used with the metal whip driver, included. If you already have a metal whip driver, you can purchase the paddles alone. The Bowl Scraper accessory is a perfect match for our Cookie Paddles! It scrapes the bowl while mixing, so there’s no need to stop and use a spatula.
