This is one of our most versatile attachments. The 12 cup capacity bowl with 3 discs: Slicing disc (Reversible for thick or thin) cuts perfectly uniform apples for apple pie or potatoes for scalloped potatoes. Shredding disc (reversible coarse or fine) shreds cheese, carrots, or zucchini, etc. French fry disc makes veggie fries from potatoes, sweet potatoes, or zucchini. Bowl can be used as a secondary mixing bowl when purchased with whisk assembly or mini dough hook (not included). Additional discs available to purchase separately: julienne and rasping.

The Pasta set includes a pasta roller, a fettuccine cutter, an angel hair cutter and an adapter leg. The pasta roller is not only great for pasta, you can use it for many aspects of baking. Make homemade crackers, won ton wrappers, fondants, and more. The adapter leg is required for use. The pasta set only works for the Bosch Universal Plus mixer due to the size of the adapter leg.
The Bosch Meat/Food Grinder is one of our favorite attachments. Not only can you grind fresh meat, but with the use of other attachments (sold separately) you can turn your Bosch into a berry press, noodle maker, pastry press, grater and much more.
EasyThis L'Chef Meat Grinder is easy to assemble, attach and clean, it comes with a 4mm and 8mm disc, sausage stuffer a filler tray and pusher. The fine disc will grind raw or cooked meat for spreads, as well as fresh or dried bread for crumbs. The coarse disc will grind raw or cooked meat, firm vegetables, dried fruits and cheese. Grind your own beef or chicken for fresh meatloaf, burritos, and hamburgers. Easily make your own favorite sausage with the included sausage stuffer.
The ER2 stainless steel bowl has a center column for use with standard dough hook, whips, and paddles. It locks onto the base of the Universal Plus mixer only; it is NOT compatible with older Universal mixers.

This set is our most popular add on for the Bosch mixers. Designed for medium to thick batters and cookie dough. For stiff cookie dough or when adding multiple heavy ingredients such as fruit, nuts, and candy, switch to the dough hook after creaming the butter. For very large batches of cookies (15+ dozen), switch to the dough hook before adding flour. Must be used with the metal whip driver, included. If you already have a metal whip driver, you can purchase the paddles alone. The Bowl Scraper accessory is a perfect match for our Cookie Paddles! It scrapes the bowl while mixing, so there’s no need to stop and use a spatula.
