 Bosch Universal Plus Food Processor (MUZ6MM3)
This accessory has the traditional food processor knife blade in the bottom of the bowl for chopping and mixing. Also included are 3 cutting disks used at the top of the bowl: 1. Slicing (reversible thick/thin) 2. Shredding and Grating (reversible coarse/fine) 3. Potato Grating.
The processor fits on the high-speed drive, same place as the blender.

Bosch Universal Plus Blender(MUZ6MX3)--   Now made of the new and stronger BPA-free Tritan Co-Polyester, this blender will fit 3 different styles of Bosch mixers: the new Universal PLUS, the recently replaced MUM6610/22 Universal mixer, and the older UM-3 Standard Model. (We have found that it wobbles on Universal Machines so we suggest if you have MUM6 models to order the Universal Blender instead)   Designed to pulverize, puree, mix, blend, and crumb. Bosch Universal Cake Paddles (MUZ6KP1, MUZ6KP2) Great to use to make cakes, muffins, frosting, quick breads.  These are designed so that you won't overbeat some of your baked goods when mixing with the Bosch Universal or Universal Plus.  If you have the metal drive for your whips you can order the ones without the metal drive.  (Universal Plus machines comes with a plastic whip drive so you would need the ones with the metal drive)

Bosch Universal Plus Stainless Bowl (MUZ6ER2) - This bowl has the same shape as the White Polycarbonate bowl that comes with the Bosch Universal Plus so it accepts the same dough hook and whips as the regular bowl and makes the same amount.  The middle column of the bowl will twist off for cleaning.  Please note that the middle column is made of a BPA free plastic and the the steal shaft will unlock out of the bottom for easy cleaning.  Pictures available on order page.  Order here...

 

Bosch Universal Plus Old Style Stainless Bowl (MUZ6ER1)- Comes with the bowl, upside-down dough hook and splash ring.  Will make up to 7 loaves of whole wheat bread ( 2 lb.) at one time.  Fits on all MUM3, MUM6 and MUM6N models.  Please note that there is a BPA free plastic covering on the dough hook and small nylon bushing on the bottom that allows the steel drive to turn the hook  Picture is available on order page. Bosch Universal Plus Meat Grinder and Sausage Stuffer (made by L'Equp)  MUZ6MG2  - This meat grinder is designed to work with the adaptor leg and will fit all models UM3, UM6 (machines would need to be up an inch higher platform or board), and MU6N machines.  Comes with it's own sausage stuffer and 2 meat grinder discs, 4 mm and 8mm.)

 Some things we like to do with our meat grinder and the blade that comes with it are:

 

• make green tomato or cucumber relish
• make mincemeat for pies
• grind wheat sprouts and add to our bread for more nutrition
• make cheese logs using cream cheese, cheddar, onion and walnuts
• make sugar plums (see demo) with prunes, dates, raisins, etc.
• make soy patties
• run cabbage through for coleslaw
• make our own pet food
• make vegetable marrow jam
• grind up gluten meat (flour and water)

With some of the other discs we can make:

• nut butters smooth with #2 disc
• nut butter chunky with #3 disc
• chunky salsa with #8 disc
• chunky sausage with either disc #6 or #8 disc 
• antipasto with disc #13 and 2 prong blade
